About Me

I am a junior majoring in Computer Science at Purdue University, West Lafayette. At Purdue, I am part of different organizations such as BoilerMake, LaunchPad and Hello World Hackathon. Outside college, I love meeting new people and exploring new places. I have been an avid basketball player since middle school. Throughout the years, I have developed a deep love for the game, constantly challenging myself and seeking new opportunities to grow. In addition, I have also pursued dancing from a young age, which has allowed me to explore my creativity and express myself through movement.

My Involvement !

Executive Board  - UX Team @ BoilerMake
March 2022 - Present

BoilerMake is Purdue University's largest annual hackathon with over 500 participants. I am part of the UX Team on the Executive Board of BoilerMake.

The main goal of the UX Team is to work on planning events and logistics to enhance the user experience for the hackathon. I am personally responsible for check-in logistics, scheduling, venue layout logistics, planning activities for the hackathon and much more.

Student Mentor @ LaunchPad
Aug 2022 - Present

LaunchPad is a community of students dedicated to learning, building, and growing together. The club provides one-on-one, semester-long mentoring to incoming first-year students in CS and DS.

After initially getting rejected as a mentee in my freshman year, I was then accepted as the mentor in my sophomore year where I mentored a freshman in CS who built a web-based application that shows data for deforestation in different countries simultaneously as a plot for various time periods.

Student Mentor @ Hello World Hackathon
Sep 2022

Hello World is Purdue's freshman-only hackathon. Over 200 first-year students participate in this hackathon to learn new technologies and build something cool.

As a student mentor for the hackathon, I assisted the freshmen in building their projects as they were using new technologies that they had never used before in their projects.
